Choosing a padel sensor
Everything you need to decide whether a padel sensor is worth it, and which kind to buy.
What a padel sensor does
A padel sensor tracks your shots while you play. Motion sensors record how the racket moves, and an algorithm recognises each shot: forehand, backhand, volley, smash, bandeja, lob or slice. After the session you see it all in an app.
Racket sensor or smartwatch?
A smartwatch measures you: heart rate, calories, steps. A racket sensor measures your shots. If you want to improve your technique, the racket is where the information is. Many players use both: Padelplay can show your heart rate from Apple Health or Google Health Connect next to your shots.

- Weight (Padelplay: 15.6 grams with the mount)
