Silicone Mount

How do I set up the silicone mount?

Slide the silicone mount over your racket handle until it fits tightly and evenly.

Check detailed installation here

Do I need to use the overgrip provided in the package?

Not necessarily, but we recommend it for a better fit. Remove your current overgrip, place the silicone mount, and then apply a new one on top. You can use the one provided or your preferred grip.

My mount is broken. What should I do?

Each box includes two silicone mounts. If both are damaged, you can easily order replacements from our website.

How should I position the silicone mount on my racket?

Place it so the PadelPlay logo faces upward when holding your racket naturally. This ensures accurate positioning for data tracking.

Sensor

How should the sensor be positioned on the silicone mount?

Press the sensor firmly into the silicone mount with the two metal contact dots facing upward.

Do I have to remove the sensor after playing?

No, it can stay attached to your racket. It’s designed to stay secure between sessions.

How do I charge the sensor?

Use the magnetic charging cable included in the box. Attach it to the two metal dots on the sensor. An orange light means it’s charging. You can charge it without removing it from your racket if it’s positioned correctly.

How can I know when it’s fully charged?

The LED turns green when fully charged and stays orange while charging.

How do I know if the sensor is connected to my phone?

Open the PadelPlay app. When connected, you’ll see “Connected” and your sensor number.

How do I know if the sensor is tracking my session?

When you start a session, the LED blinks blue for five seconds to confirm recording. If the connection drops, it blinks red.

Is the sensor waterproof?

It’s IP54 rated, meaning it’s resistant to sweat, dust, and light rain, but not waterproof or submersible.

What is the sensor’s weight?

Approximately 19 grams, designed to feel weightless during play.

How long does the battery last?

Around 8 hours of active play and up to one week on standby mode.

App and Connectivity

I can’t see my data after a session

Make sure you pressed Start Session and End Session correctly. If data still doesn’t appear, email us at info@padelplay.ai with your phone number, date, and time of the session.

I can’t find my sensor when connecting

Check if your sensor is charged and Bluetooth is enabled. If it still doesn’t appear, restart the app on your phone.

The main button says “Update” instead of “Play.” What should I do?

That means a firmware update is available. Tap Update, wait for it to finish, and then continue playing as usual.

I didn’t get a confirmation code to register or log in

Try resending the code and make sure your country code (for example, +31) is correct. If you still don’t receive it, contact info@padelplay.ai.

PadelPlay Data

If I hit the wall or my hand, does it count?

No. The AI filters out accidental or irrelevant hits so your data stays accurate.

If I bounce the ball before my serve, does it count?

No. The system recognizes preparation swings and excludes them.

Do warm-up or between-set hits count?

Yes. Warm-up and rally shots are included as part of your recorded session.

How accurate is the sensor?

Powered by thousands of real match insights, PadelPlay’s AI delivers high-precision performance that continually improves over time.

How do I know the data is reliable?

Each shot is analyzed and validated using advanced AI pattern recognition. A white paper explaining the technology behind our accuracy will be released soon.
