Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders above €50 delivered within the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Dispatch & Tracking
We send all parcels via trusted national or international courier services. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details — so you can follow your delivery from our door to yours.
