Padel Copa Smash Factor Challenge Terms & Conditions 2026
1. The Promotion The "Smash Factor Challenge" (the "Challenge") is an on-site activation organized by PadelPlay ("Organizer") at the PadelPlay booth during the Padel Copa Tournament, taking place from 10–13 September 2026. The Challenge will run twice daily — once in the morning and once in the afternoon — at times announced at the booth.
2. Eligibility The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 and over. By submitting this form, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Employees of PadelPlay and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win the Prize. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these conditions.
3. How to Enter To enter, complete this form with your first name, last name, email address, and padel playing level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). Entries must be submitted through this official Typeform; incomplete submissions will not be considered. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person per session (morning or afternoon).
4. Selection Process For each daily session, PadelPlay will select three (3) participants from that session's entries to compete on court in the Smash Factor Challenge. Selection is at PadelPlay's sole discretion and may take into account factors such as playing level, availability, and court capacity. Selected participants must be present at the PadelPlay booth at the announced time; failure to appear may result in forfeiture of their spot to another entrant.
5. The Challenge and Prize The three selected participants will each hit a series of shots measured using a PadelPlay sensor. The participant recording the highest "smash factor" in their session wins one (1) PadelPlay sensor (the "Prize"). The Prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. In the event of a tie, the Organizer will use a shoot-off or its reasonable discretion to determine the winner.
6. Winner Notification Winners will be announced on-site at the PadelPlay booth shortly after their session concludes. The Organizer may also contact winners using the email address provided on this form. Prizes must be collected at the PadelPlay booth during the Padel Copa Tournament (10–13 September 2026); unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
7. Assumption of Risk Participation in the on-court Challenge involves physical activity. By taking part, participants confirm they are physically fit to do so and participate at their own risk. PadelPlay is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Photo and Video Consent By participating, entrants and selected participants consent to being photographed and/or filmed at the PadelPlay booth and on court, and grant PadelPlay a royalty-free, worldwide license to use such images and footage for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and PadelPlay's website, without further compensation or notice.
9. Data Protection Personal data collected through this form (name, email, and playing level) is processed by PadelPlay solely to administer the Challenge, select and notify participants and winners, and fulfil the Prize, in accordance with applicable data protection law (including the GDPR). Data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and is never sold to third parties.
If you'd also like to receive occasional marketing emails from PadelPlay about products, promotions, and events, you can opt in separately below — this is entirely optional and not required to enter the Challenge.
(Add as a separate optional checkbox field on the form: "Yes, I'd like to receive marketing emails from PadelPlay.")
You may withdraw consent, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, at any time by contacting info@padelplay.com.
10. General The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel or modify the Challenge, at any time without prior notice, including for reasons beyond its control. The Organizer's decisions relating to any aspect of the Challenge are final. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
